Hello! I am Jaku, Software Engineer currently working at Hevtec Oy. My main passion lies in web development, especially using technologies like Next.js, .NET, and C#
I love learning new technologies and building side projects in my free time.
In my freetime, i enjoy 🏕️camping, 🛥️boating, 🎸playing guitar,🏋🏼going gym, 📖reading books and diving into 🎮video games.

CI/CDI have some experience with CI/CD-pipelines in GitHub Actions and experience writing unit tests and testing.

My main focus at Hevtec Oy is on web development and integrating embedded systems such as Codesys -based displays into modern interfaces built with Next.js and React.
I also participate to development of Codesys libraries and function blocks based on technical documentation, including I/O mapping and CAN message handling. Also working and testing physical components for customers.
In my latest project, I developed an EV charging simulation system that models real-time charging behaviour and visualizes live metrics through an interactive tablet UI. The system also controls LED strips to simulate charging effects. This solution was showcased at Teknologia 25.
Software Engineer Intern

Collaborated on a project aimed at developing an application that calculates user’s electricity usage and consumption prices based on consumption files to provide the best options.
My main responsibilities in the development of the application were building the estimated counter for the back/front side, xUnit tests, building the CI pipeline, and the visual layout of the site.

New website of a Hirvensalmen Autourheilijat motorsport club. The site is being rebuilt to replace an outdated WordPress site, providing a modern and user-friendly experience for both visitors and administrators. Visitors can easily find latest news and events, while administrators can manage content efficiently.
